Remote Back-End Developer

Rodller is looking for a Back-End Developer to join the team. The Back-End Developer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new initiatives in .NET using C# as well as providing production support for implemented components. The successful candidate will use in-house methodologies and related work product templates to complete the required deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement features in C# connected to the SharePoint stack.
• Fulfill multiple functional roles on the team (requirements analysis, design, solution implementation, testing, refactoring and deployment)
• Apply your deep understanding of software development processes and practices.
• Participate in Weekly Scrum and collaborate with the team to accomplish Sprint goals.
• Implement functionality with an awareness of performance, design, reliability and scalability in mind.
• Identify areas of the platform which require refactoring for performance, design, reliability or scalability.
• Communicate with Product Owner to clarify system requirements and fine-tune your deliverables to meet the expectations of the business.
• Collaborate with teammates to analyze and creatively solve technical challenges with a goal of developing solutions that are robust and scalable.
• Participate in (or conduct) code reviews.

• Understanding of web development
• Good knowledge of IT challenges and culture
• Experience with version control
