Rodller Founder
Carwin is an entrepreneur with strong experience in both Growth and Digital Fundraising. In his day-to-day work, he manages and operates the Rodller Growth Strategy. Carwin is constantly identifying, growing and deploying core competencies in Europe, Asia and the USA. Customer success, endurance, empathy and integrity are important values for Carwin and the Rodller team.
Melchior van Wijlen
Managing Partner Rodller Benelux
Melchior has over 30 years of experience in corporate, entrepreneurial, and advisory/ board roles. He has a strong background in finance (corporate banking and aerospace finance), and successfully developed businesses in the fintech and cleantech sectors across Europe and Asia. Melchior is responsible for Rodller Benelux, where he contributes his extensive expertise in strategic business development to the Rodller services. He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Lucas Nuber
Managing Partner Rodller – French-Speaking Europe
Lucas is a growth strategist and entrepreneur with experience helping founders transform early-stage ideas into structured, commercially viable businesses. Throughout his career, he has supported startups in building their first GTM strategies, establishing scalable sales processes, and securing partnerships with major global organisations.
With experience across France, Switzerland, Belgium, and the UK, Lucas combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution – whether defining market positioning, developing revenue models, or driving the first customer engagements.
At Rodller, he leads the French-speaking European market and focuses on empowering founders with clarity, commercial discipline, and the tools needed to accelerate sustainable growth.
Lukas Schwind
Managing Partner Rodller DACH
Lukas is a project financier and growth strategist with a focus on structuring high-ticket real estate and startup deals across Europe, including fintech and procurement solutions. He brings expertise in corporate and commercial financing, fundraising strategies, business development and operational scaling for high-growth companies. As Partner for the DACH region at Rodller, Lukas contributes his hands-on execution skills to drive fundraising, growth strategies, and market expansion for promising mandates in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland..

Julius is a seasoned strategist with over 30 years dedicated to transforming complex challenges into clear pathways for growth and innovation. His expertise lies in cutting through ambiguity, empowering founders and organizations to grasp the strategic “why” behind high-stakes decisions – particularly crucial when navigating regulated environments. Leveraging deep expertise in technology (including blockchain and digital infrastructure) and an unparalleled network spanning Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America, Julius consistently drives sustainable impact. Sean Sandilands
Managing Adviser Rodller Oceania
Sean Sandilands has been working in the Australian financial markets for 25 years. He started out at Merrill Lynch in Equity Derivatives dealing with institutions and HNW investors in a supporting role then untimely in trading and execution.
Sean then moved to ABN Amro Morgan as an Equity Derivatives adviser for several years dealing with HNW investors and then worked at several firms trying to find the right balance between trading and corporate advisory which was Pulse Markets where he worked for the last 4 years and in 2022 listed one of the most successful IPO’s on the ASX for 2022 which was Southern Cross Gold – SXG.ASX.
Eventually he saw the merit in getting his own AFSL and set up STK Markets which focuses on Equity Capital Markets and Sales Trading. He has established a team at STK that have been with him for the last 10 years that focus on getting results for his investors and himself.
Every deal or investment that STK will recommend, Sean through his various entities will be one of the largest investors so he has skin in the game like his investors.
Last year he raised over $80m for around 8 companies and two of these investments which took up most of those funds have returned over 400% so far. This is due to the back ground work involved in finding the right deal and finding the right management team who is also invested in the company with personal money.
Skin in the game is our favourite saying is one of the many rules we look for when investing in a company.
Together with his analytical team we believe STK is well positioned to find our investors the right investments with minimised risk to get the returns in the Small Cap space in the market.

Michael is an accomplished financial services executive with over 35 years of experience in the financial services and wealth management industry, having worked on numerous Pre-IPO capital raises, IPOs and on market placements with a network of high net worth and institutional investors in Australia and overseas.
Michael has significant risk management and regulatory compliance experience and extensive working knowledge and understanding of the Australian financial services regulatory framework.

Olha is an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, adept at problem-solving, and dedicated to fostering collaboration and achieving high-quality results.
Olha is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing team dynamics, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
Miroslav
Project Manager
He is a skilled and highly organized project manager. Miro is responsible for all Application Development Projects in Rodller, worldwide. He directly operates the Fortune 500 Customers of Rodller and is involved in the design stage of new MVP Projects. Miro has a deep understanding of IT Project Management and his ability to solve problems fast and effective. All Hoozin Partner Projects fall under his responsibility.

With a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, Olesya works closely with our clients to create intuitive and visually stunning interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Lead WordPress Developer
Ambarish is our Lead Front End/ WordPress Developer. Under his supervision, websites, landing pages or anything else Front end comes to live. Ambarish covers both the inception of new Website Development Projects, or the Maintenance of it.
