Rodller is looking for a Start-up Coach to join the team. Start-up coach is a professional who provides guidance and support to entrepreneurs and early-stage start-up founders. He provides assistance with business planning, strategy development, goal setting, problem-solving, networking, and motivation to increase the chances of success for the start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning and Strategy: Assisting founders in developing a solid business plan and defining clear strategies for achieving their goals. This involves assessing market opportunities, identifying target audiences, and creating a roadmap for success.
  • Goal Setting and Accountability: Helping founders set realistic and measurable goals for their start-up. The coach provides guidance on breaking down goals into actionable steps and holds the founders accountable for their progress.
  • Guidance and Advice: Providing expert advice and insights based on their experience and industry knowledge. A start-up coach offers valuable perspectives on various aspects of the business, such as product development, marketing, financing, and operations.
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making: Assisting founders in navigating challenges and making informed decisions. The coach helps analyze problems, explore alternative solutions, and weigh the potential risks and benefits.
  • Networking and Connections: Assisting founders in building a strong network of contacts within the start-up ecosystem. This may involve introducing founders to potential investors, mentors, industry experts, or strategic partners who can contribute to their start-up’s success.
  • Skill Development and Education: Identifying areas where founders may need to enhance their skills or knowledge and providing resources or recommending appropriate training programs. The coach helps founders acquire the skills necessary for effective leadership and business management.
  • Motivation and Support: Offering emotional support, encouragement, and motivation to founders throughout the start-up journey. The coach helps founders stay focused, resilient, and driven in the face of challenges or setbacks.
